Pat McGrath was the make up artist for the Valentino couture show. She has been wildly the most influential make up artist for Spring/Summer 2016. My previous trend post was on the 90s blue eye trend which was also created by Pat McGrath (check out the post here). I feel like the Valentino look is the most accessible out of the trends that I have covered because it is totally work appropriate. It is also not at all expensive to recreate. You can keep your foundation and contour and highlight routine the same, as long as you aren’t a super dramatic make up wearer.
Make Up Revolution: Essential Mattes 2
Urban Decay: Naked Palette
I wanted to provide a drugstore and a high end option for this look, it is so flexible it really could be done on any budget. The bonus with the naked palette is there is the option of shimmer shades whereas the make up revolution palette is all matte. I personally prefer an all matte eye to edge up this look. Shimmer shadow does give a glow to the overall look.

Mascara and Eyeliner
NYC: Sky Rise Mascara
Rimmel: Kohl Liner in Nude
I went for super cheap options for both of these products. The idea for eyes is for them to be natural, there should be no falsies anywhere near your eyes. Also mascaras that give a more dramatic look should be avoided. The NYC mascara is subtle enough to lengthen slightly and blacken your lashes, I would recommend using a lash curler. The nude kohl pencil opens up your eyes when put in the waterline. The Rimmel pencil is the best and longest lasting kohl pencil I have ever used despite its very low price.

Chanel: Rouge Coco Shine in Antigone
Bourjois: Rouge Edition in 02 Beige Trench
Maybelline: Super Stay 24 Hour Colour in Caramel Kiss
I have given you a few lip options that are on trend with Valentino Couture. For this look because it is so simple that you are bound to have an appropriate lip product in your collection. I therefore just wanted to provide some damn good lip options.
The Chanel lipstick is a sheer medium pink shade which is the most pigmented out of the three that I have provided.
The Bourjois lipstick is a cool toned nude in an extremely moisturising formula.

The Maybelline lipstick is a double ended product. One end is a lip balm which is reasonably moisturising. The opposite end is a mauve toned nude stain. It is the most comfortable lip stain I have ever used especially when used with the balm.
